Vapor Chamber

Function

It is a final cleaning process, and the cleaning solvent heated evaporates and then the item is cleaned by vapor and dry.
It makes the item dry, and moreover the evaporated solvents drip into a liquid tray under the cooling pipe and then the regenerated solvents flow into the rinse chamber again.

Action when the solvent is contaminated

If the pollution level is 30%, the temperature rises as indicated in the chart above. Replace the old solvents with new one completely.

Why the solvents need to be replaced

  • Low cleaning effect due to the decrease in evaporated amount
  • Increase in electricity consumption (Low efficiency of the heater)
  • The surface of heater is contaminated by dirts, and it causes a low heating or any damages to the heater
  • The solvent is acidified, and it results in the surface corrosion of the item

Cleaning cycle of the heater

  • Seriously polluted: 3 times a week
  • Normally polluted: Over 1 time a week
  • Minutely polluted: 2~3 times a month
